This membership covers players in our Men’s Rugby Teams. Select the age category of the player, which may differ from the person paying.
Under 21: the player must be 20 or younger on 1 September at the start of the rugby season. The club checks eligibility manually. Players aged 21 or older at season start should select Adult (21+).

Payments and selection
If a payment fails, please update your payment details promptly through My Account. The club administrator is notified at the first failure and again if it remains unresolved after seven days. After seven days of unresolved payment failure, the player is no longer eligible for selection. A scheduled pause after ten monthly payments does not count as a failed payment.
If you join mid-season and want to move to annual payments, speak to the club. We recommend paying monthly for the remainder of that season, cancelling the monthly subscription in August, and purchasing the annual plan in September. This change is not automatic.
Payment summary
- Monthly: Pay £12 (Under 21) or £15 (Adult) immediately, then monthly on your payment anniversary, with a maximum of ten collections per rugby season (1 September to 31 August). After ten collections, payments pause until your September anniversary. Your membership stays active.
- September reset: If you join during a season, you may make fewer than ten payments before 31 August. A fresh monthly cycle starts on your September anniversary. Previous-season shortfalls are reviewed separately by the club and are not automatically added to the new cycle.
- Annual: Pay £120 (Under 21) or £150 (Adult) immediately. Your next full payment is due on your anniversary day in the following September, then every September thereafter. Annual membership is not prorated: joining late in a season can mean another full annual payment soon afterwards, for example 5 August followed by 5 September. We do not automatically collect the annual fee twice within one rugby season.
- Automatic renewal: Both plans continue until cancelled, with no trial, signup fee or fixed expiry. Payments use your saved Stripe payment authorisation. Your confirmation email gives the actual next payment date recorded on your subscription. Manage your subscription and payment details securely through My Account.
- Month-end dates and refunds: Where a month has fewer days than your anniversary, its final day is used; your original anniversary is retained for later months. Refunds reduce the amount recorded as collected but do not create extra automatic collections.
